Philly Cheese Steak

Ingredients

  • 1Large Onion (cut into thin strips)
  • 300 gramsBeef Tenderloin (cut into thin strips)
  • ½ TSPSalt
  • ½ TSPBlack Pepper
  • ½ TSPPaprika
  • ½ TSPRed Chili
  • ½ TSPGarlic Powder
  • ½ TSPOnion Powder
  • Shitakee Mushroom Box
  • 4 SlicesProvolone Cheese
  • 3Steak Rolls (Bread)

Method

  1. Season beef with salt, pepper, paprika, red chili, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Place seasoned beef in a bag and pound your beef really thin.
  3. In a pan, add 2 TBSP of oil and cook onions until translucent.
  4. Add mushrooms, and cook well.
  5. Remove the onion/mushroom mixture.
  6. In the same pan, add another TBSP of oil and cook the beef until well cooked.
  7. Return the onion/mushroom mixture and mix well.
  8. Top with slices of provolone cheese, and toss in pan until melted.
  9. Place mixture in steak bread rolls. And broil for a few minutes for the bread to get a nice crunch.
