Pistachio Cheese Cake

  • 1 cup pistachios
  • 1 cup crushed  biscuits
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup melted butter


  • 2 cups white chocolate chopped
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1/3 cup powder sugar
  • 4 packs Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup butter , room temperature
  • 1 tbsp flower water
  • 1 tsp vanilla


  • Crushed pistachios
  • Whole pistachios

Directions :

  1. Add the pistachios, and biscuits in a food processor , plus a few times until pistachios are crushed.
  2. Place in the butter and brown sugar , process until combined and crumbly.
  3. Pour into a 9 inch cheesecake pan, press up the sides (about 1-inch) and on the bottom. And bake for 5 min. Set aside to cool .
  4. In a small sized saucepan, cook the cream until sides start to bubble up. Then place the white chocolate.
  5. let sit for 3 min on medium heat , then mix well to make sure the chocolate has melted. Then set aside to cool.
  6. Mix cream cheese and butter well, then add the sugar to the mixture .
  7. Pour in the chocolate mixture to the cheese mixture, then add vanilla and flower water.
  8. Pour the filling on top of the crust. Refrigerate for 8 hours .

Before serving decorate with crushed and whole pistachios
